My background in tech went from my time as a Microsoftie to building a content management platform for small businesses to co-founding an outsourcing company to being Head of Product Development at TINYpulse. My life as an entrepreneur started long before that. I’ll write more about these experiences one day but I once owned a tennis shop, ran a company that did marketing and promotions for night clubs and now own a bar again.
My journey from a technical project manager to an entrepreneur

The last ten years of my life I’ve spent helping leaders use technology to enhance their business value. For seven of those years it was in the outsourcing space where, at Vinasource, we built 100s of applications for companies ranging from employee number one to my old employer Microsoft. In 2012, a friend of mine came to me with an idea to solve a simple mission, Make Employees Happier. And with that came the birth of TINYpulse. At TINYpulse we help over 1000 companies around the world discover how their team members are feeling and performing. Four years ago I had the privilege of joining the Entrepreneur’s Organization (EO) where currently I’m championing a new chapter in Saigon. Through this group of amazing individuals I’ve learned so much about how fellow members run their businesses. In my free time I love to travel, play tennis, box and meet new people.
